Abstract submission

Guidelines for the preparation and online submission of abstracts All abstracts must be submitted ONLY ONLINE as a PDF file, not bigger than 1MB, through the Online Registration System Please make sure to carefully read the following guidelines before proceeding with the preparation and submission of your abstract. STEPS TO SUBMIT YOUR ABSTRACT 1 . Prepare the abstract using the strict, obligatory structure of the Template for IMA2023 Abstracts . 2 . Indicate in the submission site the Type of presentation that you prefer (ORAL, POSTER, or INVITED). 3 . Then, choose the Session preferred for your presentation. In the next screen complete the title of your abstract and fill up the names of all the co-authors, and indicate the presenter. 4 . Upload the pdf file of your ONE-page abstract. Authors are requested to check their abstract thoroughly before submission. The abstract, if approved for presentation, will be published as submitted. However, authors may edit the details of their abstract until the deadline for abstract submission, in case they have to make any important corrections or changes in the abstract(s) they have already submitted, through the same link they used for the submission, and they have to use their email/password.
