Information for Chairs and Presenters

DURATION OF PRESENTATIONS Honorary Speaker Presentation: 40 minutes, including questions. Invited Speaker Presentation: 30 minutes, including questions. Oral Presentations: 15 minutes, including questions. GUIDELINES FOR ORAL PRESENTERS • Please bring your presentation on a USB stick. • A laptop (not a MacBook) will be available in each room. • Please use PowerPoint software (*.pptx or *.ppt file) in size 16:9 (or 4:3). • We kindly ask you to upload and test your presentation in advance, during the break before your session. There will be a technician to assist you. GUIDELINES FOR POSTER PRESENTERS • There are two separate Poster Sessions on two different days: • Poster Session 1 is scheduled on Monday 18th September 2023 from 14:30 to 15:30 and from 19:00 to 20:00 at the Imperial Hall Room 3. • Poster Session 2 is scheduled on Tuesday 19h September 2023 from 14:45 to 15:45 and from 19:00 to 20:00 at the Imperial Hall Room 3. • The max poster size is A0 (841×1189) in portrait – NOT landscape. • Poster presenters of Poster Session 1 can hang up their poster during the morning coffee break and the lunch break on the 18th and take them down after the poster session in th evening. • Poster presenters of Poster Session 2 can hang up their poster during the morning coffee break 19th and take them off until the next day morning coffee break.
